On June 5, 2018, Suzy and Lee Seung Gi are confirmed to star on their lead roles in the new drama "Vagabond".
It is about an ordinary man who took account into an investigation of a mysterious plane crash and later on looks into the corruption happening in their country.
The following roles will be:
Cha Gun (Lee Seung Gi) - a shameless and overly confident stuntman who is very skilled in different forms of martial arts. He is on a plane crash and later finds out the truth, the reason behind why the accident happened.
Go Hae Ri (Suzy) - an agent of National Intelligent Service who decided to be a Level 7 civil servant after her father's death in order to support her mother and her younger sibling. She wanted to be a white agent, someone who works openly as an NIS agent, but ended up becoming a black agent who is working under NIS but is hiding her identity. This happened because of some serious complications that are to be watched on the drama.
An official from Celltrion Entertainment said that, "With all the staff working hand in hand, we will be producing a high quality classic drama that has not been seen yet in the recent years. The detailed acting, directing and scripwriting will really touch people's hearts. Excitements will also be expected as the drama yields unexpected twists and thrilling moments."
Sony Pictures is in charge of the international distribution so the drama is expected to air in Korea, Japan and the United States.
